The market leader in real estate management in Germany is building a team in Bulgaria with the aim of long-term presence and expansion of the Bulgarian team. The position is related to performing primary accounting on the main processes in the client company using Yardi software and offers the opportunity to work remotely or from an office according to the candidate's preference. The project started in 2022 and continues to develop successfully, with the new additions being direct employees of the Bulgarian subsidiary of the German holding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record supplier invoices and payments (Accounts Payable).
- Issue, verify, and record customer invoices and incoming payments (Accounts Receivable).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment issues or clarifications.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting data in line with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in Accounting or Finance (experience in AP/AR preferred).
- Еxperience with UK GAAP and IFRS would be an advantage.
- Experience with any ERP system or accounting software is considered an asset.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
