Your Playing Field (Responsibilities):

1. Accuracy Champion (Ensure Reliable Accounting):

• Record, control, and report transactions in your area with precision.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of overdue items.
• Contribute to monthly and annual closings and support audit documentation.
• Apply group and local accounting standards (IFRS/HGB) like a true pro.

2. Process Architect (Improve the Processes):

• Be the driver of change – actively design and implement process improvements for better efficiency and automation.
• Organize and secure the KPIs of your specific sub-processes.

3. Strategic Partner (Be an Accounting Value Partner):

• Be the team's "radar" – identify business risks and suggest mitigating controls.
• Consult stakeholders and bring transparency to financial figures to help the business make the right decisions.
