The Role: Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Accountant to oversee a wide range of accounting processes within our operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and timely preparation of reports for our headquarters in Turkey.
You should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of local accounting standards, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

The Role: Accountant
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Accountant to oversee a wide range of accounting processes within our operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and timely preparation of reports for our headquarters in Turkey.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely booking of all HQ and store-related transactions;
- Prepare and follow – up on payments approval and execution processes;
- Actively communicate with store employees in collecting required accounting documents;
- Track and reconcile store cash and sales operations;
- Perform month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries;
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and stay current with tax legislation;
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for HQ;
- Collaborate with external and internal auditors during Statutory and Group audits;
- Handle financial applications to public authorities and manage legal documentation
- Ensure document archiving is compliant with legal requirements and company standards
Required Qualifications and Skills
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (retail experience is a strong advantage)
- In-depth knowledge of local accounting and tax legislation
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision, MS Axapta, or D365) is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
