For one of our clients – a leading company in delivering outsourced services designed to fuel business-to-business expansion, we are on a search for capable, experienced and determined professionals for the role of Account Sales Manager with French or German and English (Hybrid role).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development
Associates;
  • Foster a culture of innovation, passion, and excellence while supporting team members' growth;
  • Drive business growth by using data-driven strategies, coaching sales processes, and
building C-level client relationships;
  • Adapt management style to meet employee needs, empowering and inspiring the team;
  • Set and achieve quarterly revenue goals, KPI targets, and performance objectives;
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French or German (written and spoken);
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in digital, tech, IT, SaaS, or consulting;
  • 2+ years in a leadership, coaching, or mentorship role;
  • Proven expertise in both hunting and farming sales strategies;
  • Experience scaling businesses in high-growth environments;
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the C-level;
  • Skilled at coaching and guiding teams to improve sales performance.

* Hybrid role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (office days:

Wednesday and Thursday);
