Account Manager – Multinational Companies, to join our Key Corporate Clients Department based at our Head Office in Sofia.

The specific position which we are looking for is:
Account Manager – Multinational Companies, to join our Key Corporate Clients Department based at our Head Office in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with corporate clients and support Relationship Managers with after-sale customer care for daily banking products and services.
- Consult clients on daily banking transactions, providing complete resolutions for their needs.
- Receive, coordinate, and manage document flow (including payment documents, requests, notifications, etc.) related to client account services and daily banking.
- Inform clients about required documents and circumstances regarding routine account services (e.g., missing payment documents, distraints).
- Provide various reports on executed payments (including SWIFT), account balances, and credits.
- Transfer account statements and confirm executed payments.
- University degree in Economics, Business, or Finance.
- At least 2 years of banking experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Client-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills.
