For Our New A La Carte Restaurant we are looking for a passionate and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our guests

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service in accordance with the high standards of Sofia Balkan Palace.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and an impeccable setup of the dining area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and the rest of the service team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an a la carte or fine dining environment.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Professional appearance, courteous attitude, and strong team spirit.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during evening shifts.
