The company offers a wide range of products from over 1000 suppliers, providing a comprehensive selection across all market segments related to the automotive aftermarket. Inter Cars SA has a network of branches in Central and Eastern Europe, offering a diverse range of products and numerous services to professional customers. The consecutive expansion of the company has led to the establishment of a 100% daughter company in Bulgaria. Thirty-nine branches have been opened so far, and more are on the way.

2ND LINE SUPPORT SPECIALIST B2B PLATFORM (e-Cat)
The Site Reliability Engineer's team (SRE) at Inter Cars is looking for a candidate to strengthen the Support and Incident Management area for our key B2B sales channel – e-Cat.
The platform generates over 75% of the company's turnover and is used daily by thousands of customers and sales teams in 21 European markets.
This role is not just about "processing and forwarding tickets." It is a position with a direct impact on the continuity of sales and business operations, involving careful analysis of every reported incident related to e-Cat in markets outside Poland.

Main responsibilities:
- Providing second-level support for external users (customers) and internal users (mainly operators and sales representatives in our branches).
- Analyzing and prioritizing signals in Help Center / JIRA.
- Coordinate between business, IT, and external suppliers when incidents occur.
- Communicate actively during critical situations with a focus on minimizing business risk.
- Participate in post-incident analysis and suggestions for process improvement.
- Prepare clear instructions and internal documentation.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience with Navision
- Understanding of business processes related to B2B sales

The following will be considered an advantage in the selection based on documents:
- Experience with JIRA / Help Center.
- Knowledge of SAFO, Kibana or Grafana.
