You will have the opportunity to contribute and participate in the following capacities: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance .NET web applications Take ownership of technical decisions, coding standards, and best practices Mentor and support team members, performing code reviews and technical guidance Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability Drive the adoption of design patterns and clean architecture principles

What We’re Looking For Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core development Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Developer role Solid knowledge of Entity Framework and relational databases Hands-on experience with design patterns, scalable and microservice architectures Experience working with Message Queue (MQ) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead by example and collaborate across teams
