As a .NET Developer you will be responsible for:

• Code and design new applications based upon detail specifications of business and user requirements
• Define tasks based on requirements and estimate development time
• Trouble shoot and make changes to prevent recurrence by modifying existing code and faulty files, writing and running special programs
• Mentors junior developers in software engineering fundamentals
• Uses industry leading software engineering processes and makes process improvements

The ideal candidate has:

• Experienced with C#, SQL and the .NET world
• Proven ability in designing a SQL database
• Expert understanding of Windows operating systems and the .NET development environment
• Experience in team leadership or project management
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A great eye for detail
