This role is supporting the further development of the company's sustainability strategy and its transparency and internal and external communications efforts to all relevant stakeholders on the Group’s sustainability activities according to the relevant standards and regulations.

A job that matters: Your Tasks

• Sustainability strategy: Plan and implement sustainability innovative projects to support in achieving global sustainability objectives.
• Sustainability reporting: Coordination of the qualitative data collection process and support quantitative data collection for the annual sustainability report. Review, consolidation and content development of qualitative elements.
• Project management of global sustainability projects such as circular economy, zero waste to landfill and sustainable packaging concepts
• Sustainability communications: Develop and implement sustainability related storytelling content across various internal and external channels.
• Develop product sustainability marketing materials
• Employee engagement: Develop and implement collaborative initiatives with internal partners to guide and implement employee engagement, activating employees to contribute to sustainability working streams
• ESG Ratings and Assessments: Providing high quality information on the company's ESG and sustainability efforts and results on various ESG Rating and Assessment platforms (i.e. EcoVadis, MSCI, DJSI, etc.).
• Knowledge Management: Content preparation and participation in internal meetings for input and alignment on global initiatives in various sustainability bodies, including serving on the Group Sustainability Council and Global Sustainability Working Group.
• Knowledge Sharing: Develop global training programs for employees on sustainability to ensure broad knowledge of sustainability targets, objectives and standards.
• Organizational: Organize meetings and global workshops

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• Experience in sustainability management and/or sustainability communications in an international environment (agency or enterprise) in relevant topics
• Completed University degree or similar education (Master's degree in business, environment or sustainability-related field), further education in sustainability related field and on sustainability reporting standards and regulations.
• Advisory competence for and with the main stakeholders for certain sustainability topics.
• Competence to consult our main stakeholders in a professional way
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Good teamworking and social competence expected.
• Competence to support a professional sustainability approach
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
