Main activities and responsibilities:

Carrying out high-quality planning of international projects; Creating control plans for prototypes, pre-production, safe start-up, and transfer to series production; Determining the type and scope of re-qualification testing for finished products; Planning and commissioning test equipment and measuring instruments, as well as determining intervention limits; Participating in risk analyses (e.g., design/system/process/FMEA); Implementation of measures based on lessons learned to minimize costs and risks of non-conformities; Support in moderating FMEA workshops; Participation in the project team during product launch and process launch at the localization sites; Assessment of quality aspects within the scope of acceptance by the equipment manufacturer; Central Q contact for the industrialization of new products at the location where he/she works; Implementation and training of appropriate quality methods/tools;

Requirements:

Engineering Bachelor degree; Experience related to Quality and production processes is required for at least 3 years; Knowledge in FMEA, Control plan, PPAP, SPC, MSA, APQP, VDA/AIAG, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, CSR and methodologies for quality; Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point etc.; Advanced command of English – verbal and written; Ability to work independently and set priorities. Strong communication skills.

Would be considered as an advantage:

Experience in quality planning, SPC, measurement technology, risk analyses and desired quality methods, basic knowledge of electronic test equipment, basic knowledge of manufacturing methods and processes, including flow, layout and assembly and production equipment, experiance in group presentation, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors and employees, ability to prepare complex written reports and other documents, ability to understand complex verbal and written instructions, experience working with customers.
