We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and support our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will guide a team of sales specialists working with inbound leads, generating outbound sales opportunities, and managing a consultative sales journey with clients. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting team development, and contributing to the company’s continued growth.
What you will do in this role:
- Take day to day ownership of the inside sales team’s performance, ensuring achievement of sales targets through outbound phone and email activities.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring conversion rates, pipeline health, and individual productivity, not just activity volume.
- Support lead management and sales prioritization by guiding the team on which prospects, segments, or campaigns to focus on to maximize results.
- Coordinate and execute outbound sales campaigns, ensuring the required pace, quality, and commercial focus across the team.
- Actively analyze market feedback, client objections, and sales outcomes, escalating insights and improvement opportunities to management.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular feedback, performance reviews, and hands on support, fostering a high performance sales culture.
- Own operational and administrative sales responsibilities, including CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting inputs, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Quality, Training) to align lead generation efforts, sales messaging, and execution.
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales, Sales Supervisor, or Team Lead role, ideally in a phone and email driven sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales teams, driving performance, accountability, and engagement.
- Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to focus on sales targets, conversion rates, and pipeline health, not just activity metrics.
- Hands on experience working with CRM systems and a data driven approach to monitoring KPIs and improving performance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver clear feedback to both top performers and underperformers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage daily operations while keeping a clear focus on sales results.
- Ability to balance sales execution and operational responsibilities, including reporting, performance tracking, and process adherence.
- Proactive, results driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with international clients or across multiple markets is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English. Аdditional languages (French or Italian) are a plus.
