We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Sofia.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, document and support internal software products.
• Build backlog of tasks and actively manage their delivery through the development sprints.
• Plan, prioritize, assign and execute development tasks related to all software projects related to the supported application landscape.
• Participate and facilitate meetings with the business to understand requirements of software demand. Ability to translate this demand in User Stories and Tasks.
• Ability to take architectural decisions on technical solutions, aligned with Company’s strategy.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Coach and grow the technical and professional skills of other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, or a similar field.
• You are motivated and own a can do attitude.
• You have strong knowledge in C#/.NET.
• You have practical experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure. You are familiar with Cloud application deployment and modern architectures: microservices, event-driven design etc.
• You are proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming.
• You have ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Your knowledge of Delphi 7 or Python will be considered as an advantage.
• Having previous experience in mentoring developers will be considered as an advantage.
• You feel comfortable translating business needs into technical actions.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate activities of a wider team.
• You are familiar with methods of agile project management.
• You are fluent in English.
