The Senior Finance Coordinator (Help Desk) is responsible for processing all accounts payable inquiries submitted from internal/external customers of the AP department. This position will assist in pushing invoices to our ERP system, reconciling supplier statements, investigating missing invoices, and maintaining customer service.

The Senior Finance Coordinator (Help Desk) is responsible for processing all accounts payable inquiries submitted from internal/external customers of the AP department. This position will assist in pushing invoices to our ERP system, reconciling supplier statements, investigating missing invoices, and maintaining customer service.
Main duties and Responsibilities include:
- Receiving and triaging invoices and credit notes from suppliers, and matching with supporting paperwork and scan them for processing.
- Dealing with invoice queries and providing query responses promptly.
- Assisting in maintaining invoice compliance to company policies and procedures.
Education and Knowledge:
- Ideally candidates will have a financial background, one or more years of basic accounts experience and preferably accompanied by attendance on a basic Accountancy course or graduates with some administration or finance work experience.
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Excel would be considered as a strong advantage.
- If you have excellent language skills in English (second language would be a plus) and ability to work both in a team environment and independently, do not hesitate to apply now by sending your CV in English.
