About the Role: As a Recruitment Trainee at Grove Global Consult, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, assisting with sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a variety of international roles. What You’ll Do:

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Assist in coordinating interviews and updating our database
• Help write job ads and post them on different platforms
• Learn the ins and outs of the recruitment cycle

• Fluency in English

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required
