We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate marketing operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing strategies and tactical plans to support organizational objectives.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with government entities, associations, suppliers, agencies, clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Design and implement optimal marketing strategies tailored to the organization’s needs,
• Plan, execute, and oversee annual marketing programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Translate consumer trends and client expectations into actionable business plans and marketing initiatives.
• Lead, inspire, and guide marketing teams and cross-functional groups to ensure strategic alignment and productive collaboration.
• Supervise the creation and dissemination of marketing messages, campaigns, and presentations.
• Ensure that marketing, media, and public relations activities align with institutional strategies.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing and brand positioning.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, creativity and innovation in developing marketing content and campaigns.
• Budget management and resource allocation experience.
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
