We’re looking for a Deputy IT Manager who will act as the right hand of the Head of IT and play a key part in transforming the department for 2026 and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing (and Why It Matters)

Lead with impact

• Support the Head of IT in managing multiple micro-teams (Developers, SysAdmins, Software Administrators, etc.).
• Act as second-in-command, ensuring smooth daily operations and cross-team coordination.
• Provide strong people leadership—supporting team members, addressing challenges, and fostering a positive culture.

Drive progress & transformation

• Lead small to mid-sized IT projects with focus on quality, timelines, and documentation.
• Advance AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives for 2026+.
• Promote best practices, standardization, and ongoing improvements across IT.

Be the connector who keeps everything moving

• Handle escalated incidents and ensure fast, clear communication between teams and departments.
• Coordinate with external vendors on software implementations, integrations, hardware tasks, and upgrades.
• Monitor performance, track progress, remove blockers, and provide regular updates to the Head of IT.
