Customer Service Representative with Spanish and English (Remote)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Supporting Sales teams
• Preparing and deliver digital presentations to client for handoff to close sales cycle
• Participate in coaching and collaborating sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team
• Generating sales strategies for opportunities
• Creation of content for training purposes
• Support on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Support
• Spanish - minimum level C1 required
• Very good level of English
• Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
