YOUR ROLE:
- Respond to requests in a timely and accurate way, coming from partners in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (C1) and English (B2) is a must.
- An understanding and interest in the tourism/hospitality industry as well as geography of specific market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
- Ability to handle unsatisfied/ upset partners, mediate and find suitable solutions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interact productively across channels.
- Experience in Operations, Sales and with Salesforce tool is a plus.
