For one of our clients – one of the biggest providers of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, helping global brands deliver top digital experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Client Services Consultant with Polish or Italian or Irish and English .

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality assistance to customers through phone, chat, and email channels;
- Guide users with everyday troubleshooting and account-related questions for different services;
- Identify customer needs, provide clear guidance, and ensure quick resolution of issues;
- Collaborate with senior teams by forwarding more complex requests when required;
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and positive approach in every interaction.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Polish, Italian, or Irish (C1);
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) for internal communication, tools, and training;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused and empathetic attitude;
- Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple systems, and multitasking.
