AFTER SALES MANAGER
The Mission: The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Service and Parts divisions within the company. This role ensures the integration of customer satisfaction, business performance, and team development while securing the alignment with the company’s long-term goals. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Main responsibilities:
- Design and implement the aftersales strategy aligned with company vision and market trends.
- Participate in business planning and budgeting.
- Adapt operations based on customer expectations, competition, and internal performance.
- Own the P&L for the aftersales function and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
- Define and track KPIs for service quality, profitability, and resource utilization.
- Ensure continuous optimization of cost and revenue streams.
- Approve service schedules, capacity planning, and equipment usage.
- Enforce accountability on internal reporting and daily execution.
- Oversee warranty claims, parts logistics, and technical documentation.
- Ensure efficient coordination of mobile service fleet and regional operations.
- Lead, evaluate, and mentor service and parts team leaders across multiple locations.
- Approve training, certification, and career development plans.
- Optimize team structure, motivate through KPIs and lead by example.
- Ensure transparent communication and task tracking between departments.
- Maintain close cooperation with the Sales Director to align customer service with commercial goals.
- Collaborate with Finance on receivables strategy and system integration.
- Contribute to the company’s overall market share and profitability.
- Regularly report to CEO on service and parts KPIs, financials, team performance.
- Participate in annual goal setting, performance review and bonus schemes definition.
- Proven experience in aftersales management in different sectors.
- Preferably has managed decentralized teams, mobile service fleets, and multi-site operations.
- Solid understanding of service KPIs, parts sales, warranty, logistics, and customer experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution, people leadership, and financial acumen.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
- Fluent in Bulgarian; working English required.
- Resilient, structured, and committed to driving results in dynamic environments.
